Our total production varies from 120 cases up to
about 800 cases a year, depending on the weather and the grapes being
good enough. There is very little chance of us ever increasing this
production by much.
We are quite happy to supply to restaurants and retail outlets, but
obviously with such a small production we cannot guarantee supply.
